Such a great place!! My family is from out of town and the owner was so hospitable and kind. The prices are fair, the portions are huge, and the staff is incredible. If I lived in Laredo, I’d be a regular!

Love the brisket taquitos plate they sell after 6:30pm. So far in trying different places,these by far are the best in my opinion as are their charro beans. Plate has 4 taquitos in either corn or flour or mixed, charro beans and aguacate salsa and a cold canned drink. It's 6 but you can add taquitos if you like if you're more hungry. Always fresh and great quality! You can call in your order and pick it up curbside too! I live in Corpus Christi but always look forward to come and get me some Rolando's taquitos each visit as CC doesn't have anything comparable to them.

In tiwnfor the weekend and needed something to eat. Alot of places close early or only open for breakfast and lunch. Found this place just before 9. Looked like it is setup more for take out but we ate inside , no one else in there. Food was great, excellent flavor. Only thing sodas were stire brand

Immediately as you enter Rolandos you get a home vibe from it. It lacks in decor, but I'm not here for the sights. I'm here for their amazing food. The tacos are about the size of a new born child. The plates are massive. You really get a bang for your buck, and the service is phenomenal. Very attentive and curtious. It's my go to place for an amazing meal during my lunch hour. Definitely recommend it.

Wow! Food was great, my menudo was excellent. It took me back to my childhood, you can’t find menudo this great. Service was excellent, the gentleman took care of us.
